The mellow heat of the Serrano is offset by the addition of Habanero and Ghost peppers, grown here in our hot pepper garden in Clive, Iowa. This sauce is mellow in he beginning, tasting the ground Cumin, Lime and Tomato flavors, but it followed up with the heat of the Habanero and Ghost peppers. This sauce has complex flavors and is good on just about anything.
